Due to the nature of edible products, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

- Product received in damaged condition
- Package received open or tampered
- Expired product delivered
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

- Order not delivered due to our issue
- Damaged or incorrect product received

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

- Product opened, consumed, or partially used

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
